For this reason, treatments are not pre-selected from a menu, but integrated following our ‘initial consultation’ which always includes treatment (not just form-filling), follow-up treatments are reduced to £45.

Have a look below to learn what techniques may be included in combination during your treatment, no need to worry about selecting the right one during booking, they’re all available to you as part of your Massage Therapy!

Advanced Remedial Massage

For deeper focus on joint-related issues. Includes treating skeletal joints using osteopathy-based techniques and deep-tissue massage to mobilise & rehabilitate biomechanical & postural issues, joint restriction, injury treatment and prevention.

Swedish Massage

The classic, relaxing and very gentle pressure massage. Used to de-stress, calm the nervous system and relax the body. Reducing the effects of stress and slowing down the breathing are often vital before more strenuous techniques are attempted. A valuable aspect of any treatment.

Sports Massage

For injury recovery and prevention sports massage techniques are ideal in aiding recovery, conditioning and helping in the prevention of further injury or pain by targetting niggles and fatigued muscles. Please don’t think sports massage is just for the professionals; the full title is Remedial and Sports Massage as these same techniques are effective in treating muscular complaints, aches and pains developed from many walks of life.

Medical Acupuncture

Also known as dry needling, a useful adjunct to treatment of muscular strains, muscular sprains, and forms of tendonitis. Effective in triggering a twitch-response in the muscles and stimulating the inflammatory response to re-stimulate healing particularly of tricky areas like tendons which can be slow to heal.
