This is an essential part of treatment as it will inform our treatment plan designed for you. Please continue to update your therapist of changes to your health for your records. For more information about how we use your data please read our Privacy Notice.

Making your therapist aware of a medical condition is vital to safe treatment, most of the time, treatment is still possible or can be adapted to your needs.

On occasion, medical conditions may negate safe treatment, in this case you may be advised to consult your GP or other appropriate action.

+ Do I need to wear a facemask?

It is no longer mandatory to wear a facemask, but your therapist will be wearing a Type II facemask.

The clinic continues to comply with the latest Government Guidelines to ensure the safety of clients and staff. Safety measures are subject to change as guidelines are updated. We ask for your compliance and understanding. For further details please read our Covid-19 update.

An assessment and treatment at our Clinic are by no means a replacement for diagnosis by a trained medical professional.

Should you have any concerns regarding symptoms or the severity of discomfort we urge you to consult your GP.

+ If I cancel my appointment will I be charged?

Cancellation fees are at the discretion of the therapist, please get in touch if you have any issues.

A cancellation within 24 hours of appointment time may incur full treatment cost. Failure to attend an appointment without prior communication may also incur a cost. Late arrival will reduce treatment time, we endeavour to optimise the remaining time where possible, otherwise it may be suggested that you reschedule.

The easiest way to reschedule is to call the clinic on 01772382365.
